ministry among the girls

I am from Pakistan which is a developing country in South Asia with population of 170 million. We have four seasons in a year; mostly the climate is hot goes up to 47 degree centigrade in the peak summer (June to August). We are now enjoying winter from November to February. It is a beautiful country having diversity of culture. The economy of the country depends more on cultivation and less on industry. My city Faisalabad is famous for the cotton industry.
The ratio of female is 51%. It is a male dominating society and the women do not have good facilities of getting education and basic health needs. I am much concerned about the bad condition of females in different areas and try to reach them for help. To fulfill my desire I am running a Women Ministry. We focus on the young girls who are deprived from basic needs of life especially in the rural areas. We give them an opportunity of standing on their feet in life because we believe that it is better to teach them catching a fish not to just give them a fish. We are working in two ways to empower them:
1. Providing them an opportunity of working to earn for their livings:
We are making Sanitary Napkins for women. We have a small production unit where 5 workers are producing 1000 pieces a day. All the work is done by hand. The finished product is sold through sales girls who use to go door to door and sell the napkins on affordable price to common women. A good enough quantity of the product is set to be given free to the needy women. I use to go to the girls high schools with my co workers to give a brief comprehensive lecture on hygienic awareness. This project is supporting 17 ladies to run their kitchens and secondly it gives a safe and hygiene health to the ladies who do not afford expensive napkins in the market.
2. We are also giving beautician training to the women living in Urban areas and try to assist them getting job on different beauty parlors in the cities.
Our ultimate goal is to prepare the depressed women for the kingdom of God. Through these projects we are trying to bring more and more souls to the Lord Jesus Christ and I trust this will be a source of extension of the kingdom of God.

It is also good to know that God is good and we in America take so many things for granted.


I pray that God will lead and continue to guide you in educating others.
Help with the basic health needs of others as well.

For the lack of knowledge people parish.
God have place you in a situation that you can help educate others through the Women Ministry.
