    What's your plan for the weight loss?
    In my opinion regular cardio exercise plan along with right weight control diet plan is the best for the weight loss purposes. You should spend at least 30 minutes daily in your routine cardio exercise and take more raw veggies foods to lose all unnecessary weight.
