  1. What's your plan for the weight loss? In my opinion regular cardio exercise plan along with right weight control diet plan is the best for the weight loss purposes. You should spend at least 30 minutes daily in your routine cardio exercise and take more raw veggies foods to lose all unnecessary weight.
  2. I always like to take natural and organic diet to control my weight. If you use raw veggies diet or a water diet plan then you can get better results for your weight loss rather than using any weight loss supplements or processed diet plan for the weight loss.
