Food Log accountability

Today: breakfast was low-fat vanilla yogurt 1/2 cup with 2 tbsp. honey and almond granola on top

2 cups coffee w/ non-dairy creamer

Lunch: 1 1/2 cups baked penne w/sausage and peas

one Pepsi

Afternoon snack: 1 glazed Krispie cream donut (my daughter brought it home from school for me, it was extra, how could I say no to her?)

1 8 oz. glass of milk

Dinner: We ate out at Shari's Restaurant

1/2 Chicken Caesar Wrap

1/2 serving french fries w/ 2 tbsp. Ranch dressing for dipping

1 mini cheeseburger (my son's, he did not want it)

1 bowl of mixed fruit (grapes, cantaloupe and honeydew)

1 glass of unsweetened iced tea

1 cup of coffee w/ half and half creamer

Breakfast I had 2 slices of turkey bacon, 2 eggs scrambled, 1/2 a bagel, and tea.

Lunch I had soup with mixed vegetables and low saltine cracker and glass water. My whole concept from this book I read 24 Hour Turn Around. Says in the morning eat like a king and at lunch eat like a princess and at dinner eat like a pauper. (poor man) So when I eat in the morning time I take alot of calories and I do my workout and use up alot of calories during the day. Then at night I eat like a pauper and I not eating alot of calories when I lay down. I was always told don't lay down on your food.:)

Breakfast I had 2 slices of turkey bacon, 2 eggs scrambled, 1/2 a bagel, and tea.

I heard that on Kenneth Copeland, eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper, but I can not sleep on an empty stomach, the hunger pangs hurt so bad they keep me awake and the growling tummy. My husband can sleep better on an empty stomach. Sometimes I want to scream, no fair like the kids do each other:p

Yea I eat real light at night. But I do eat something its just light weight food. Oh yea and I do chew gum. You will be surprised at how it keeps you stomach from wanting food. I think it the process of keeping your mouth busy and that relaxes the mind from thinking about food. lol

Lunch:

egg salad sandwich (on wheat)

celery sticks w/ french onion dip

pasta salad

wheat thin crackers

one pepsi

Afternoon snack:

Pringles sour cream & onion potato crisps

1/2 Mt. Dew (split w/hubby)

Dinner:

other 1/2 Chicken Caesar Wrap

tortilla chips w/salsa (homemade from scratch so loaded w/ fresh veggies)

iced tea

2 pickle & ham wraps ( a dill pickle spear wrapped in a slice of ham)

1/2 cup potato salad

tortilla chips w/ sour cream and chive dip

1/2 mini bagel w/ thin layer of cream cheese and strawberry jelly

1/2 chocolate donut

bottle of water

Afternoon Snack:

6 oz. yogurt

cup of coffee w/non-dairy creamer

Dinner:

celery sticks w/ french onion dip

tortilla chips "

1 cup baked penne w/ sausage and peas (ugh, leftovers again)

iced tea

bowl of Lucky Charms cereal with milk

Lunch:

Big and Tasty Cheeseburger from McDonald's

french fries

medium coke

Dinner:

boneless, skinless chicken breast

whole wheat spaghetti with olive oil, peppers, and garlic

tossed salad with ranch dressing

cup of milk

 

July8th, 2009

Breakfast:

2 cups coffee with non-dairy creamer

bowl of Lucky Charms cereal w/ milk

cup of orange juice

Lunch:

left-over french fries from son's lunch yesterday

left-over 1/2 can chef boyardee ravioli from son's lunch two days ago

cup of milk

Dinner:

turkey, provolone cheese, bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwiches

organic vegetable soup

cubed cantalope with a scoop of Tillamook Oregon strawberry ice cream-mmmm

one 12 oz. Miller Light

Lunch; (at mall)-late lunch around 4:30pm

Terryiaki Chicken w/ fried rice and Japanese vegetable blend

Large Coke

Dinner:

sliced bacon (cold from fridge), maybe 5 slices

bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios cereal with milk

Friday July 10th

Dinner: (Marie Callender's Restaurant)

spaghetti w/ meatballs

cornbread w/ butter

unsweetened iced tea

eggs (over easy)

french toast

turkey and cheese roll

coffee w/creamer

cup of milk

Lunch:

Banana Split (Baskin Robins)

Dinner:

Chicken Quesedia (do not know how to spell that, sorry)w/salsa, lettuce, and avocado

glass of milk

Sunday July12th

Breakfast:

coffee w/ creamer (2 cups)

Lunch: (Church Social Hour)

Potato salad

Zucchini Bread (I think)

one raisin oatmeal cookie

BBQ wheat thins w/ dip (don't know what kind of dip it was)

few sips of a peach Italian cream soda

Dinner:

vegetable-beef barley soup

one slice wheat bread w/ margarine

cheddar cheese slices

Mt. Dew soda

7-14 Tuesday

1/2 cup of strawberry yogurt w/ granola on top

2 cups coffee w/ creamer

Lunch:

1/2 tuna fish sandwich w/ American cheese on Ezekiel Bread (my son's unwanted half)

the other half of my subway sub from Monday night

IBC Root Beer

 

Afternoon Snack:

Mt.Dew

Clementine

Grapes

 

Dinner:

3 chicken tender strips

1/2 an order of french fries w/ 2 Tbsp. Ranch Dressing

Pepsi

Small vanilla cone, choc. dipped

 

7-15 Wed.

Breakfast:

bowl of Honey-Nut Cheerios w/ milk

2 cups coffee w/ creamer

Afternoon Snack:

Clementine

IBC Root Beer

Lunch:

Peanut Butter and grape jelly sandwich (on Ezekiel Bread)

one small banana

cup of milk

Dinner:

white corn tortilla chips w/ Pica De Gallo Salsa

one Miller Light

2 slices cheddar cheese

topped with grated Romano Cheese ( a concoction of left-overs my daughter invented today and made for us all/pretty good actually)

Dinner: (At Chevy's Mexican Restaurant)

grilled chicken flaures (spelling?)

w/ pineapple salsa, sour cream and guacamole

a few tortillas chips w/ salsa

One Pepsi

1/2 of my son's bean and cheese burrito (that he didn't want)

Chopped Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast,w/ Tuscan-Style Veggies Blend (broccoli, carrots, red peppers, mushrooms and onions w/ minced garlic cooked in 2 tbsp. vegetable oil over white rice

w/Bragg's Liquid Amino Acids

Breakfast:

Lunch and dinner both since we were at a Church BBQ/Potluck Gathering:

Tortilla chips w/ chili con queso

Cheeseburger on Sesame Roll w/ lettuce and tomato slices

Baked Beans

Confetti Spaghetti (basically spaghetti, baked w/ green peppers and chili seasoning)

one 7 Up Soda

2 cups coffee w/ creamer

1/2 donut

one small cocoa rice krispie treat

Bedtime Snack:

one bowl of Cocoa Krispies Cereal w/ milk

Breakfast and Lunch b/c it was 11:30 am already:

2 1/2 slices french toast (wheat bread) w/ one cup mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries and raspberries and red grapes)w/ drizzle of syrup

one cup of milk

2 cups of coffee w/ creamer

Late afternoon snack:

one fresh peach

cup of coffee w/creamer

Dinner:

one bowl of salad w/ ranch dressing

one bowl Vegetable Beef Soup (Weight watcher's recipe)

one small peanut butter chocolate ice cream cone

one RC cola

Glass of Homemade Iced Mocha Coffee (cold coffee, milk and Hershey's chocolate syrup mixed together then poured over ice in a glass-Yummy Treat!)

Dinner:

Macaroni and Cheese w/ diced ham and peas

Bowl of Mixed Fruit (Pineapple, Watermelon, Cantaloupe, Strawberries and Blueberries)

Lunch: (At the Zoo)

1/2 hot dog on roll w/ ketchup

one bite of husband's jalapeno soft pretzel dipped in cheese

coke

Dinner: (Burgerville)

Tillamook Cheeseburger with lettuce and tomato slices

French Fries w/2 tbsp. Ranch Dressing

One Soda

Late in evening:

One cup coffee w/creamer

7-25-09

Breakfast:

2 cups coffee w/ creamer

Lunch:

salad w/ ranch dressing

Pepsi

Afternoon Snack:

Tortilla chips w/ salsa

One Pepsi

Dinner:

Bowl of mixed fruit

Mac and cheese w/ ham and peas(only ate about two bites)

One Miller Light

late Night:

4 crunchy taco's from Taco Bell

Baby Carrots and Cherry Tomatoes with 2 tbsp. Ranch Dressing

Movie theater Snack:

Butter Popcorn

2 bean Burritos w/ salsa

small peanut butter chocolate ice cream cone

Afternoon Snack:

handful potato chips w/ french onion dip

two cokes

Dinner:

One grilled boneless skinless chicken breast

one baked potato w/ 2 tbsp. ranch dressing

one ear of corn on the cob w/ tbsp. of butter and sprinkle of salt

one glass of iced tea

*note to self: went over by one on sodas today so only one soda allowed tomorrow!!!

Small Pecan Pistachio ice cream cone

Lunch (church social hour):

1/2 ham and cheese sandwich on whole grain bread

tortilla chips and a homemade salsa made of barley, rice, diced tomatoes, diced green bell peppers and diced onions with green herbs, I think it had cilantro in it

2 chocolate chip cookies

2 pb cookies (they were very small cookies)

cup of coffee

Snack:

very small amount of peanuts

Dinner:

few bites of the left-over chicken and a few bites of cheddar cheese

Peanut Butter and Grape Jelly Sandwich on Wheat Bread
