8-03-09

After Midnight snack (Oh-Oh, a no-no, I Know!):

The last piece of left-over fried chicken with honey dipping sauce

2 Reese's Peanut Cups ( one package only containing 2 individual cups, I Know, I Know, not good not good at all!)

Bowl of Cocoa Krispies with Milk (sigh)

Breakfast:

2 cups coffee with creamer

Lunch:

Ham and cheese sandwich on Wheat bread

one glass of cherry Kool-Aid

Afternoon:

one small Coke ICEE

one glass iced tea

Dinner:

1/2 Grilled, boneless, skinless chicken breast

one baked potato with Ranch Dressing

one ear of corn on cob with margarine and salt

one Miller Light

8-04-09

Breakfast:

bowl of cocoa krispies with milk

2 cups coffee with creamer

Lunch:

ham cubes and cheese cubes

cup of coffee with creamer

very small amount of Doritos chips (only about 4 of them)

one cup of milk

Dinner:

Scrambled eggs with diced ham and cheese with salsa on top and a dollop of Ranch Dip

a sliced whole tomato with ranch dressing

one cup iced tea

Later in evening:

one glass of Black Cherry Kool-Aid

One bowl of Rice Krispies Cereal with milk

Breakfast:

scrambled eggs with diced ham and cheese with salsa and Ranch dip

one slice wheat toast with margarine and grape jelly

one small glass of milk

Lunch:

Chicken noodle rice soup

Ritz crackers (3 with almond butter, 3 with peanut butter b/c we ran out of almond butter)

one glass of milk

Dinner:

one cheeseburger on roll

one baked potato with ranch dressing

glass of black cherry Kool-Aid

8-06-09

Breakfast:

2 cups coffee with creamer

Lunch:

one hamburger on roll (NO CHEESE)

one hamburger with just ketchup (out of rolls)

one coke

Dinner: (McDonald's)

Cheeseburger with lettuce and tomato on roll

french fries (1/2 of medium sized)

coke

Midnight Snack:

2 slices wheat bread with margarine

one glass of milk

one bowl of 1/2 cup honey nut cheerios with milk

 

I have been really hungry lately and tired, I pray I am pregnant! I'll have to wait and see if I miss Aunt Martha visits later this month. I hope so, we are all praying in my family for a new baby!

I went too long so I'll just start with yesterday b/c I cannot really remember the other days anyway, this week went by so fast.

08/13/09

Breakfast:

2 cups coffee with creamer

2 slices french toast with homemade fruit salsa-mango, strawberries and banana

with drizzle of syrup

large glass of milk

Lunch:

Large organic Spring Mix salad with carrots, cherry tomatoes, diced cheddar cheese, sliced banana peppers, 1/2 serving almonds and 5 crushed Ritz crackers with Ranch Dressing

Large glass of milk

one Popsicle

Dinner:

3 ounces grilled boneless beef rib meat

one cup green beans

1/2 cup buttered elbow noodles

one coke

08/14/09

Breakfast:

2 cups coffee with creamer

Lunch:

whole grain pasta primavera

one slice wheat bread with margarine

one cup green beans

large glass milk

Late Afternoon:

one coke

Dinner: (Shari's Restaurant)

Two eggs, over easy

one pancake with syrup

1/2 slice fried ham steak

two potato cakes with one Tbsp. Sour Cream and diced green onion

2 cups coffee with half and half

08/15/09

Breakfast: Left-overs from last nights dinner at Shari's

1/2 serving hash browns w/ ketchup

2 sausage links

1/2 fried ham steak

small amount french fries

one chicken finger with Ranch dressing

two tiny corn dog bites

2 cups coffee with creamer

one cup milk

Lunch:

one Crunchy peanut butter Cliff Bar

Afternoon Snack:

one 12 oz. Latte

Dinner: Taco Bell

2 Crunchy taco's

small amount of my husband's Volcano Nachos

one coke

Later in evening:

one cup milk

celery, carrot, broccoli and grape tomatoes with ranch dressing dip

small slice watermelon

one brownie bite

two small lemon cookies

Late Afternoon Snack:

tortilla chips and french onion dip

Dinner:

large organic spring mix salad with banana peppers, cherry tomatoes, cheese cubes and 1/2 serving almonds with Ranch dressing

one coke

one bowl Lucky Charms cereal with milk

Breakfast:

Lunch:

ham and cheese sandwich on wheat with lettuce

glass of milk

Dinner: (McDonald's)

Southwest Grilled Chicken Salad w/ southwest ranch dressing

one coke

 

8/18/09

Breakfast:

1 cup coffee with creamer

Morning Snack:

cereal snack mix (multi-grain cheerios, honey grahams and rice chex cereals)

Lunch:

large organic Spring Mix salad with cherry tomatoes, banana peppers, a whole sliced organic carrot, pepper jack cheese cubes, cheddar cheese cubes and raisins with Ranch Dressing and 5 Ritz crackers

one coke

1/2 cup blueberries

Afternoon snack:

vanilla ice cream bar

1/2 fudge bar (my kid's left-over from the ice cream truck)

1 cup coffee w/ creamer

Dinner:

Beef & Broccoli with diced carrot and onion and garlic (cooked in 2 tbsp. olive oil) over brown rice

large glass milk

 

08/19/09

Breakfast:

2 cups coffee with creamer

4 eggs (2 were actually mine, one was left-over of my daughter's scrambled eggs and one left-over of her friends dippy egg who had spent the night, untouched that she had refused to eat)

one raisin English Muffin w/ pat of butter

Mango slices

Blueberries and 1/2 banana

large glass milk

Afternoon snack:

one strawberry shortcake Cor. Crunch Bar

Lunch:

ham and cheese sandwich on 8 grain bread

tortilla chips with french onion dip

one Mt.Dew

evening snack at church:

vanilla wafers

Dinner:

re-heated left-overs from last night (Beef & Broccoli over brown rice)

one coke

8/20/09

Breakfast:

3 cups coffee with creamer (I was trying to use some extra caffeine to get headache to go away)

Lunch:

one English Muffin toasted with Nutella (Hazelnut spread)

cheese cubes

diced peaches Del Monte Fruit Cup

one Mt.Dew soda (more caffeine to nurse headache)

Afternoon Snack:

1/2 serving almonds

Early evening snack:

One Luna Sunrise nutrition bar (cinnamon apple)

one cup milk

Dinner:

1 1/2 (the other 1/2 being my son's left-over) Hebrew National Beef Dog

3 tortilla chips with salsa

one coke

Breakfast:

3 Dippy eggs on top of a plain English muffin

Lunch:

NOTHING!!

Dinner: (Denny's)

2 slices French Toast with syrup

2 Dippy Eggs

2 slices bacon

2 sausage links

2 cups coffee w/creamer

1/2 serving hash brown potatoes

one Cliff Bar

Lunch:

coke Icee-medium sized

peanut butter Ritz Crackers

1/2 serving almonds

Dinner: (A really laid back BBQ restaurant in Astoria-Great Food!)

2 pieces smoked boneless skinless chicken thighs

1/2 serving baked beans

macaroni salad

small piece of cornbread (some of my daughter's very large piece)

few bites of my daughter's potato salad (that she couldn't finish)

Iced Tea

Snack:

Slice of Apple Pie

cup of coffee w/cream

8/23/09

Breakfast:

1 cup coffee with creamer

Lunch:

1/2 cup coffee with creamer

Dinner:

slice of American cheese

couple peanut butter Ritz crackers

one coke

Later:

2 cups coffee with creamer

Today was an upsetting day for me, I couldn't eat much, I never could eat when I was mourning a loss of something. Today The Lord revealed to me that some had trusted in the church I attend our not really as loving as they pretend to be and I was so sad today to have that revelation even though I know God gave it to me to protect me, now don't get me wrong, I prayed for them and I know they know not what they do, but it is a sad feeling for me to know that these people have so much jealousy in them that they could be led into hate of brothers and sisters in Christ so easily. So it was a sad day for me and I couldn't eat much.

bowl of Strawberry Frosted Mini-Wheats with milk

Dinner:

spaghetti with ground beef in sauce

organic Italian baby greens salad w/ tomatoes, strawberries, banana peppers, cheese cubes, and celery with Ranch Dressing

large glass milk

8/25/09

Breakfast:

1 1/2 cup coffee with creamer

Lunch:

Left-over spaghetti with sauce

cheese cubes

milk

Afternoon:

glass of iced tea

Dinner:

1/2 grilled boneless, skinless chicken breast

steamed red potatoes and sliced carrots with ranch dressing

one ear of corn on cob w/butter and salt

cup of milk

Before bed snack:

one bowl Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal with milk

I made a parfait for breakfast today and I thought it looked really pretty. It’s proof that you can eat good looking and good tasting food while on a sugar fast. having Hy-vee Nutty Nuggets, plain yogurt, whole grapes, more plain yogurt, more Nutty Nuggets, and two strawberries on top.

You are considered to be in a healthy weight range. If you were to weigh 80 pounds, you would be considered underweight and unhealthy.

I can't believe you all found this-how do you do that? Doing this is what really helped me break the snack habit. When I was breastfeeding I had to snack a lot but after I stopped Breastfeeding I kept up the snack habit-and no surprise gained weight back! This really helped me think twice before eating something knowing everyone would see it and know what a hog I was being! It worked! Now this time around in this pregnancy and breastfeeding adventure-I must be more careful!
