Banana oatmeal muffins

I made these for tomorrow's Church Social hour-we always eat one each warm from the oven-they are yummy!

 

BANANA OATMEAL MUFFINS

from COOKS.COM

 

□ 1/2 c. butter

□ 1/2 c. sugar

□ 2 eggs

□ 1 c. mashed bananas (2 bananas)

□ 3/4 c. honey

□ 1 1/2 c. flour

□ 1 tsp. baking soda

□ 3/4 tsp. salt

□ 1 c. oatmeal

 

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, bananas and honey. Mix rest of ingredients together and add to batter. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full of mixture. Bake in preheated oven, 375 degrees. Bake 18 to 20 minutes. Makes 1 1/2 dozen.

Wow-these went fast at Church yesterday my husband didn't even get one b/c he had to pick the kid's up from their classrooms so I promised him I'd make a batch just for home next week. I have to wait b/c I need to get more bananas and honey and Thursday is grocery day.

Banana oatmeal muffins

 

The muffins are making a reappearance

 

2 scoops vanilla protein powder

2 packets high fiber cinnamon swirl oatmeal

2 T cinnamon raisin pb

3/4 c frozen blueberries

1/2 c egg beaters

cinnamon

 

preheat oven to 350. spray cupcake tin. Mix everything together. You may need a little water if the batter is too thick.

I made 12 small muffins but you may be better off with 9 or 10 bigger ones.

These actually came out very well. Sometimes protein powder tastes like the bottom of my shoe after it cooks but this was great.

I eat a muffin with 1/2 T pb before I train.

By the way, to whom the biotualet is necessary, come I recommend biotualet.
